This journal on IPR is established to promote researchers to research intellectual property rights. The objective of the journal is two-fold: firstly, to enhance communication between policymakers, organizational agents, academics, and managers on the critical understanding and research on intellectual property; secondly, to promote the development of the newly cultivated research field.

The Droit Penale Group is established for the purpose of promoting interests in law by organizing workshops, seminars, debates, and discussions; to publish illustrations, journals, magazines, periodicals, and other publications in different languages.
